Delete Your Account

If you created a Stoppy account, you can request the complete deletion of your synced account data using either of the methods below.

Method 1: In the App (Recommended)

Open Stoppy on your device.
Navigate to Settings.
Tap on Account.
Tap Request Account Deletion.
Confirm your request.

Method 2: Via Email

Send an email to hatiyaghatiya@gmail.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and include the email address associated with your Stoppy account.

What Gets Deleted

Your account profile data (email, display name).
Synced progress data stored on our servers (coins, streaks, achievements, blocked app configurations, activity history).
Feedback submissions associated with your account.

What Remains on Your Device

Local app data stored on your device may remain until you clear app data or uninstall the app.

Permanent Action

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All synced data will be permanently removed from our servers.

Processing Time

Account deletion requests are typically processed within 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been deleted.
